By downloading or using RevoVoice: Reverse Voice (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

AlexAlerion grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code or content of the App, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

2. Your Recordings

You keep all rights to the audio you record or import. Recordings are processed and stored locally on your device; we do not claim ownership of them and we do not upload them to our servers.

You are responsible for the audio you create with the App. You agree not to use the App to record people without their consent where consent is required by law, to impersonate or defame anyone, to harass or deceive others, or to create content that infringes the rights of a third party or violates any applicable law.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may offer in-app purchases, such as premium effects, ad removal, or subscriptions. Payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel them in your store account settings. Except where required by law or store policy, purchases are non-refundable.

4. Advertising

The App is supported by advertising. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or websites they link to.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the loss of recordings stored on your device, and we recommend exporting or backing up anything you want to keep. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlexAlerion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

6. Changes

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
