AlexAlerion ("we", "us", or "our") built the RevoVoice: Reverse Voice app (the "App") as an ad-supported app. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the App, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name, address, or phone number to use the App. However, the App and the third-party services it uses may automatically collect certain information, including:

Device information: device model, operating system and version, language, time zone, screen size, and app version.
Identifiers: advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID or Apple IDFA, where permitted), Firebase installation IDs, and similar identifiers.
Usage data: how you interact with the App, such as effects applied, features used, session length, and in-app events.
Diagnostic data: crash logs and performance data used to find and fix problems.
Approximate location: coarse location inferred from your IP address, used by ad partners to serve relevant ads. We do not collect precise GPS location.
Purchase information: if you make in-app purchases or subscriptions, payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

2. Microphone, Audio Recordings and Files

The App's core feature is recording your voice and playing it back reversed or with other audio effects. This requires access to your device's microphone, which you grant through a system permission and can revoke at any time in your device settings.

Recordings stay on your device. Audio you record or import is processed locally on your device and saved in the App's storage on your device. We do not upload, stream, listen to, or store your recordings on our servers.
You are in control. You can play, rename, export, share, or delete your recordings at any time from inside the App. Deleting a recording removes it from your device; deleting the App removes all recordings it created.
Sharing is your choice. If you share or export a recording to another app or service (for example a messaging app or social network), that transfer is made by you and the receiving service's own privacy policy applies.
Storage access (where requested) is used only to import audio files you select and to save exported results. We do not scan or collect other files on your device.

3. How We Use Information

To provide, operate, and maintain the App and its audio features;
To improve and personalize your experience;
To analyze usage and diagnose technical issues;
To display advertisements, including personalized ads where you have consented;
To verify purchases and deliver purchased content or subscriptions;
To respond to your support requests;
To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. Please review their privacy policies:

5. Advertising

The App displays ads served by the partners listed above. These partners may use cookies, advertising identifiers, and similar technologies to show ads that are more relevant to you and to measure ad performance. Your voice recordings are never used for advertising. You can opt out of personalized ads at any time:

Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Delete advertising ID (or "Opt out of Ads Personalization").
iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track".

Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown, and can change their choice at any time from the App's privacy settings.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with the service providers described above to operate the App, serve ads, and perform analytics; when required by law or to respond to legal process; or to protect the rights, safety, and property of AlexAlerion, our users, or others.

7. Data Retention and Security

Audio recordings remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App. Other information is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. 10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised policy.
